Isaac Rankin went into Friday’s class 3A Boys State Cross Country Meet with the confidence that he could complete his goal of an all-state performance. Mission accomplished as Rankin finished 11th overall in a time of 16:17. Rankin was in the top 15 most of the race and told KNIA/KRLS his confidence pushed him to the line. Rankin wraps up by far his best season with five wins and an all-state in his junior year.
