The Indianola girls cross country team will have a new look next year after multiple state qualifiers will be lost to graduation. The Indians sent school-record holder Jordyn Brown and Taylor Hoger to Fort Dodge and the state meet this year as individuals, however both seniors will not be returning for next season, leaving multiple varsity spots open. Head coach Morgan Singleton tells KNIA Sports the Indians utilized sophomores Paige and Lilly Hoger, and Keira Labertew on the varsity roster, in addition to junior Leah Hartford, but there will be many spots up for grabs from younger athletes who want to make the jump.
The Indians graduated a senior class of six.
