A Celebration of Life Service for Douglas “Doug” M. Howard, 45, of St. Charles, will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. A time of gathering will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., prior to service at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Concord Cemetery, Concord, MN. On that date, the family will hold an additional Celebration of Life in West Concord. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in memory of Doug to Toys for Tots.
