A celebration of life for Peggy (Philben) Manning age 76 will be held Sunday, November 24th, from 11:00am-3:00pm at the Pine Knolls Golf Club in Knoxville. Memorials may be made in care of Peggy’s family. The Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Knoxville is in charge of arrangements.
