As temperatures remain low over the next several months, it will bring with it an increase of spending time in close proximity with others. Director Dr. Joelle Stolte with Warren County Health Services wants to pass along safety tips to keep in mind as residents prepare for the next several months. She tells KNIA News a simple way to help stay healthy is to wash your hands as much as you can.

“Constantly wash your hands to prevent the spread of germs. It is flu season, so wash your hands with soap and clean them thoroughly, with running water for at least 20 seconds.”
