The PCM boys wrestling team competed at the Cliff Keen Independence Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
The Mustangs placed 20th as a team scoring 143 team points out of 30 total teams. Kaden Clark was dominant at the tournament placing first at 285 pounds as he picked up pinfalls in all six of his matches. Clark won his championship match pinning Vinnie Keller of Clear Creek-Amana 1:46 into the match.
Other top ten place winners for the Mustangs were Tucker Wheeler who finished fourth at 157 pounds and Kaliber Fry who placed ninth at 126 pounds. PCM will next compete on Tuesday at home.
