The Marion County Board of Supervisors will consider a resolution for the EMS Advisory Council on Tuesday.

This is a resolution to officially approve the council and its members. Two board meetings ago the list of who will make up this council was released and there was continued discussion about it last week. Also at the meeting there will be appointments for the Marion County Zoning Commission and the Board of Health, discussion and possible action regarding an amended memorandum of understanding with Polk County regarding mental health advocate services, and a truck engine brake ordinance. The board will also have discussion and possible action for an amendment to the Central Iowa Chief Elected Officials Shared Liability Agreement, and two tax sale assignments.

The meeting will conclude with the board entering into a closed session. Tuesday’s Marion County Board of Supervisors meeting will be held at 9:00 am at 3014 E Main St. in Knoxville.
