Melcher-Dasllas travels to Murray tonight as the Saint boys look for their first win of the season. Coach Matt Bennett liked a lot of his team’s performance in its Friday loss to Moravia. Bennett hopes to shoot the ball better and thinks Murray will not have as much of an advantage in size as the first three opponents did.

Bennett: “Hopefully we can continue shooting the ball better. We’re going to be a little more evenly matched in size with Murray and that’s exciting to know that we won’t be outsized by our opponent across the board.”

Murray’s tallest player is six/two and Bennett hopes that will translate to a better game for his team. The girls will take needed momentum into the game after defeating Moravia on Friday night. Tip off is set for 6:00.
