The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday. The board approved the final administrative process for the land swap with the City of Indianola including the 6th Street Sub-Area, the Masonic Temple, and the Indianola Public Library building. The board also approved final plat review of Marywood East, with board member Crystal McIntyre voting against due to the county policy of paving to the nearest road when building a subdivision not being part of the plan.

The board also tabled a rezoning application, approved a rezoning application from I80 Concrete/BRM properties in a 2-1 vote with McIntyre voting against after feedback from local residents took place at the public hearing. The board also approved becoming an Associate Community of the Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority, Disallowed Homestead, 65+ and Military Tax Exemption Credit Applications, FY24 Family Farm Tax Credit Applications, Warren County Administration Building projects, and bids for a chiller and fuel.
