The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams fell on the road at Des Moines Christian Friday night in a West Central Conference varsity doubleheader.

The Trojan girls dropped their contest 70-43 to Lions and were led in scoring by Joelle Johnson who had 18 points and Hope DeMan who had nine. The Trojan girls fall to 6-2 overall on the season. The boys team fell to the undefeated Lions 59-36. Pleasantville was led in scoring by Braylon Bingham who had 18 points. The Pleasantville boys fall to 2-3 overall on the season. The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams will be back in action on January 3rd at Panorama.
