Due to the upcoming holidays, City of Pella offices will be closed on the following dates:

Tuesday, December 24th
Wednesday, December 25th
Monday, January 1st

There is no regular garbage collection in the City of Pella on Wednesday, so there will be no changes to this year’s routes. Questions regarding garbage/recycling collection can be directed to City Hall at 641.628.4173 or Midwest Sanitation at 641.628.2610.

Christmas trees in the City of Pella placed on the curb by 7:00 a.m. will be picked-up on the following dates:
– December 26 and 27
– January 1, 8, and 15

Trees must be unwrapped and free from plastic bags, wire, nails, and stands in order to be picked up. Wreaths and roping with wire will be collected as normal household waste.
