The Indianola boys wrestling ends the 2024 portion of their schedule with multiple top rankings according to IAWrestle. The squad is ranked 7th in class 3A in team duals, with Sawyer Nelson ranked 9th at 120lbs, Stoney Wood 12th at 126lbs, Mac Crosson 3rd at 138lbs, Ryan Young 6th at 144lbs, Elijah Blewitt 5th at 150lbs, Jake Pontier 4th at 157lbs, Eli Cox 11th at 165lbs, and Carson Slorah 6th at 215lbs. Head coach Clint Manny tells KNIA Sports the young guys on the team still have a lot of learning to do, but they have a good mix of younger and veteran talent to help the team succeed.
