The Indianola girls wrestling team had a successful 2024 portion of their schedule, which includes multiple wrestlers at or near the top of the rankings. Siera Becker is a perfect 20-0 at 110lbs as she follows up her state qualifying campaign from last year, freshman Nora Ohnemus is 16-3 at 100lbs, junior Jazelle Smith is 13-2 at 190lbs, and Callie Chapman and Andrea Taylor are 14-7 and 15-7 on the year at 130 and 135lbs respectively. The Indians still have a ways to go before they hit the mats competitively, wrestling in a dual tournament at Nevada on January 9th.
