The Genealogy Club returns to the Pella Public Library starting on Tuesday.
The library’s Genealogy Club is a once-monthly meeting that allows residents to network with fellow amateur genealogists to learn new techniques, share knowledge with one another, and partner in the task of learning more about their own history. The Genealogy Club will meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 10:30 am in the library’s Heritage Room. Brent Martin will be presenting on Ancestry.com at this week’s meeting, specifically discussing an overview of its use in ancestry research (excluding the DNA section).
This program is free and open to the public and those interested in genealogy are welcome to attend. For more information, contact the library at 641-628-4268.
