The Melcher-Dallas Girls basketball Squad got back to its winning ways in a make up game, rolling over Moulton-Udell 67-21 while the boys fell in the late stages to the Eagles 73-68. The girls never had any problems with Moulton-Udell as Addi Wadle outscored the Eagles herself 28-21. Freshman Alex Stegman came off the bench to score 11 while Madisyn DeJong had ten points and four steals. The boys did just about everything they could to win except keep the Eagles from hitting shots late. The Saints led by three at halftime, but according to Coach Matt Bennett, Moulton-Udell could not miss in the 2nd half. Austin Remster had a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds. Brody Johnson hit on six three point shots, leading the scoring attack with 22 points and Reece Chiabotta was the other Saint in double figures with 14.
