The PCM girls and boys basketball teams will take on Roland-Story on the road tonight in a Heart of Iowa Conference varsity doubleheader.
The girls and boys teams are coming off dominating wins over South Hamilton Friday night where the girls team won 58-27 and the boys won 68-28. The #10 ranked girls team is 9-1 on the season and will look to remain perfect in conference play against the #5 ranked 6-2 Norseman. The Mustang girls are led in scoring by junior Tori Lindsay who is averaging 13 points per game.
The Mustang boys are 4-4 overall and will now take on a 2-5 Roland-Story squad who is coming off a 50-28 loss to West Marshall on Friday. The PCM boys have been led in scoring this year by senior Gavin Van Gorp who is averaging 11.5 points per game. Tonight’s girls game in Story City starts at 6:00 pm with the boys game to follow.
