Competing in their first matches in 2025, the Pella Christian bowling teams fell to ADM Monday afternoon. The Eagles boys fell in their match 2781-2086, while the short-handed girls squad was defeated 2001-931. Leading the Eagle boys in the loss was Andrew VanKooten with a 2 game score of 293, followed by Evan DeJong at 289, Logan Nunnikhoven at 269, and Nathan Brouwer at 265. The Pella Christian girls, who were down to just three bowlers for the match, were led on the day by Bella Pu at 259, followed by AnnaBelle Carter at 207, and Aubrey Beyer at 191. With the losses, the Eagle boys fell to 1-4 overall on the season while the girls dropped to 0-5. The Pella Christian bowling teams will look to bounce back on Saturday, when they host Bondurant-Farrar at Statesmen Lanes in Oskaloosa.
