Pella Bowling Teams Fall at Oskaloosa
The Dutch bowling teams fell to Oskaloosa to open the new year, with the boys dropping a 2862-2673 dual and the girls falling 2303-1891 Monday evening. Pella’s boys were paced by a 382 series from Carter Failor and a 359 from McKenna Salvador on the girls roster. The Dutch bowlers are back in action on Saturday against Sigourney in Newton. Dutch Basketball Teams Head to Oskaloosa
Little Hawkeye Conference action returns for the Pella basketball teams tonight in Oskaloosa. The No. 10 in 4A Dutch girls will try to topple previously ranked Oskaloosa to try and add to a six game winning streak, while the boys will try to find their footing after losing to #6 in 3A Knoxville and #1 in 2A Western Christian to begin 2025. The Pella girls have won 24 in a row against Oskaloosa since December 2012 and the boys have tallied 13 consecutive victories in the series. Coverage begins at 5:45 this evening on the KRLS2 stream.

Pella Wrestling Hosting Home Quad
The 2025 portion of the wrestling calendar begins for the Dutch tonight with a home quadrangular set of duals. Pella hosts conference foe Norwalk and non-conference opponents Centerville and Davis County. Head Coach Jay Pike calls the event a tough test out of the winter break. Matches begin at 5:00 this evening at Pella High School.
