The Knoxville Girls Wrestling Squad went 1-2 at the Clarke Duals on Tuesday night. The Panthers beat the hosts 54-24, but lost to Newton 57-18 and West Central Valley 42-36. In the West Central Valley dual, the Panthers were leading the match 18-12 when the Wildcats ran off 30 straight points and had amassed just enough to win by six. Brynlee Brooks, Destiny Keith, Mariah Ripperger, Andie Branson, and Lilly Hummel all recorded pin wins for the Panthers on the night. Knoxville is at the Marshalltown Invitational on Saturday.

The Knoxville Girls Bowling Squad defeated Bondurant-Farrar 1816-1766 while the boys fell to the Bluejays 2873-2089. Troy Binns led the boys with a 437 series and a high game of 277. The girls were led by Cassidy DeMaderios with a high series of 286 and a high game of 181. The Panthers travel to Ballard on Friday.
