It’s a busy Saturday for Norwalk High School athletics as five Warrior teams are scheduled to compete.

The Norwalk bowling teams travel to Statesmen Lanes to take on Oskaloosa at 9:00 a.m. The Warrior girls are 4-1 overall. The boys’ record is 2-3.

The Norwalk boys wrestlers will host a dual meet against Knoxville, Cedar Rapids Washington and Davenport North at 10:00 a.m. The Class 3A 11th-ranked Warriors are 14-3 on the season following Thursday’s quad sweep at Des Moines East.

The Norwalk girls wrestlers make the short trip to Carlisle for duals against the Wildcats, Indianola and Williamsburg at 10:00 a.m. The Warriors’ dual record is 3-5 overall. They placed seventh at the Nevada Duals on Thursday night.

The Norwalk boys basketball team rounds out the Saturday schedule, traveling to Cedar Rapids Kennedy for a 1:30 varsity game against the Class 4A fourth-ranked Cougars. The Warriors have lost three in a row to fall to 4-4 on the season. Kennedy took a 6-2 record into Friday night’s game vs. Dubuque Senior.
