This award celebrates innovation, building investment, community engagement, and notable contributions to the Indianola business landscape.

Employer of the Year Award
The Employer of the Year Award honors an outstanding Chamber organization that has demonstrated excellence in employee development, community engagement, innovation in workplace practices, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Distinguished Chamber Leader Award Winner
This award is presented to an individual who has shown significant and notable contributions and leadership to the Indianola Chamber of Commerce and the Indianola community. The recipient of this award embodies excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession, providing valuable service by devoting time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.

Employee of the Year Award
This award recognizes an individual of a Chamber organization who has demonstrated outstanding dedication, leadership, and contributions within their role, positively impacting both their workplace and the Indianola community.

The award recognizes an individual under the age of 40 who demonstrates leadership, vision, service and involvement within the Indianola Community and the surrounding region and has established a reputation of character and trust for others to emulate.
