The Simpson women’s and men’s basketball teams make the longest road trip in conference play today to take on the Norse of Luther College for an American Rivers Conference doubleheader.

The Storm women put up over 100 points in a dominating win over Nebraska Wesleyan and are looking for a crucial win over the Norse, with Simpson at 3-2 in conference and Luther at 4-1, with the Norse coming off of their biggest win of the season over Coe College earlier this week.

The Storm men will meet up with the Norse in a battle of teams looking for their first conference win of the year, with both teams sitting at 0-5. Simpson has given up 79 points or more in all of their conference games so far this season, and will try to lower that number against a Norse team that is averaging below 60 points per game.
The games will be broadcast live on 94.3 KNIA, with Andrew Swadner on the call. Pregame coverage begins at 1:45pm, with tip-off at 2pm.
