Addi Wadle became the all-time leading scorer in Melcher-Dallas Girls Basketball History on Friday scoring 24 points and leading the Saints to a 49-37 win over Seymour. Wadle surpassed former Saints great Beth Mathis to rewrite the record book. Kesley Reed continued her solid play with 14 points and nine rebounds. Coach Kelsey Goff also credited Kianna Jackson’s defense and five steals. The boys struggled in a 80-47 loss to the Warriors. Coach Matt Bennett told KNIA Sports they struggled with cold shooting most of the game. Drew Heaberlin scored 17 points to lead Melcher-Dallas and Brody Johnson had 14 points. Both Melcher-Dallas squads are back at it today at Colo-NESCO.
