The Pella Community Food Shelf is hosting the Coldest Night of the Year 5K on February 22nd. 

The Coldest Night of the Year is an annual, family-friendly walk/run fundraiser hosted in locations across the United States and Canada. The event will be held at the Pella Memorial Building and check-in will begin at 4 pm. Opening remarks will begin at 4:45 pm and the 5K will start at 5 pm. A light meal will then be served at 6 pm, before the event concludes at 7 pm. Funds raised from the event will help the Pella Community Food Shelf serve the more than 700 families that utilize their location in Pella or the mobile food pantry.
