The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams fell to Earlham on the road Tuesday night in a West Central Conference varsity doubleheader, as the girls wrestling team competed at a home.

The Trojan girls basketball team fell in a close contest to the Cardinals 58-55 . Pleasantville was led in scoring by Joelle Johnson who had 25 points and Ryleigh Hardman who had 19. The Trojan girls fall to 9-4 on the season. The Trojan boys dropped their contest 65-50 and were led in scoring by Braylon Bingham who had 27 points and Braylon Lindsey who had 12. The Trojan boys fall to 5-5 overall. The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams will be back in action on Friday against West Central Valley. 

The Trojan girls wrestling team went 1-3 at their home meet. Pleasantville beat Interstate 35 18-9 and fell to Carlisle 48-24, Panorama 42-24, and West Central Valley 36-17. The Trojan girls wrestling team will next compete on Friday at Ankeny.
