
Much warmer conditions arrive for today and Friday with highs in the 30s and 40s. A cold front arrives late Friday and will bring windy conditions and colder temperatures. An even stronger cold front arrives Saturday night. Sunday and Monday will be very cold. Some locations in the state, particularly north, may stay below zero from Saturday night until sometime Tuesday. Wind chill values of -15 to -20 are expected locally. Frostbite and hypothermia can set in within 15 minutes of outdoor exposure without proper precautions.
