The latest state inspection of buses in the Newton Community School District went well. That’s what Monica Pritchard, the Transportation Supervisor, told the Newton School Board this week.

“We didn’t have that many things that had to get fixed. And what we did have to get fixed is already done.”

The state inspection was last month. Pritchard also says the vehicle tracking system in the district has been updated. New trackers were recently installed in every single bus, suburban, and vehicle in the school district.
