The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday. The board approved the appointment of Marylee Vanderpool to the Condemnation Compensation Commission for Owner or Operator of Agriculture Property. The board also rejected a rezoning from agricultural to industrial, which includes a $10 million investment into a concrete plant facility for Jordison Construction for 40 acres near the Highway G50 exit off of I-35 in a 3-2 vote, with Travis DeWitt, Crystal McIntyre, and Brian Arnold voting against.

The board then discussed the maintenance of graves from the Veterans Administration.
