The PCM girls basketball team stacks up third in Class 3A defensively.
The Mustang girls are 13-2 this season and 9-1 in conference play. A large part of the success this season for the Mustang girls has come from their defense. PCM is only giving up an average of 33.5 points per game this year which is a mark that ranks third in Class 3A behind Mediapolis and conference foe Roland-Story. On defense this year the Mustangs have 206 steals, 25 blocks and have forced 222 turnovers along with picking up 284 defensive rebounds.
The PCM girls basketball team will be back in action on Friday against Greene County.
