It was a busy day of sports for Knoxville Squads on Saturday.
Boys Wrestling 11th At Rich Gray Invitational
The boys wrestling squad went to I-35 for the Rich Gray Invitational and placed 11th as a team. Individually Jessen Ferguson was 6th at 126 pounds, Tristan Sinnard was 4th at 150 pounds and Regan Roberts placed 2nd at 285 pounds. The boys will head to Van Meter on Tuesday for a dual meet.

Girls Wrap Up Regular Season With 13th At Atlantic
The girls placed 13th at Atlantic. Like the boys they also had three place winners led by Serenity Turner, winning her weight class, Laila Pedicini taking 6th place 130, and Mariah Ripperger was third at 235. That completed the regular season for the girls and up next is the class one-A Regional at Central Decatur on Friday.

Bowling Squads Finish 3rd At Triangular
The Knoxville Bowling Squads traveled to Newton to face off with Pella and Davis County on Saturday. The boys finished 3rd with an 1883 and were led by Troy Binns with a 309 series and a high game of 153. The girls also finished 3rd with an 1850 and were led by Brigette Renard shooting a 345 series with a high game of 187.
