Pella Regional Health Center has received national recognition for its outstanding patient satisfaction, being named among the hospitals that patients are most likely to recommend. 

The recognition comes from Becker’s Hospital Review, which in December 2024, compiled a list of hospitals across the nation based on data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. The five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services reflects patients’ responses to the question, “Would you recommend this hospital to friends and family?” Hospitals must have at least 100 completed surveys in a fourth-quarter period to be eligible for a star rating. Pella Regional Health Center received a five-star rating, demonstrating the hospital’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
