The Indianola School Board met in regular session Monday evening. The board approved the 2025-26 year round and traditional district calendars which includes the first day of school being August 25th and the final day May 29th for the traditional calendar. The board also approved curriculum changes beginning next year, including offering AP US History with a partnership with DMACC, and further courses of French, also in partnership with DMACC. The board approved a bid by FACP for the Wilder Elementary Fire Alarm Replacement Project, for $178,400.

The board also heard reports from the board human resources, technology, finance, and policy committee meetings.
