With a record-tying vault and another strong floor routine, Kaelyn Tally has been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Specialist of the Week.
Tally becomes the first gymnast in program history to earn the league’s weekly honor after a solid performance in a dual meet against UW-Eau Claire. The Grants Pass, Ore. native won her seventh career vault title with a 9.750 – tying both her personal best and the school record set in 2023. She also registered a 9.500 on floor exercise, finishing second on the team.
Tally has been a consistent performer for the Storm on vault and floor all season, averaging a 9.670 on vault and a 9.605 on floor. Her vault average ranks sixth in Division III and fourth in the WIAC.
