Kading Properties is underway with site preparation for their new development in Knoxville.

Kading has partnered with the City of Knoxville as they build a smart access roadway for the community. The new street, Bell Street, will be a connection to downtown businesses, employers, and the highway. It will also be a main roadway to the future Villas on Bell development, which Kading will be constructing. 

The new project will include 247 market-rate rental units located across 70 single-story buildings that are a combination of detached dwellings, duplexes, four-plexes, and six-plexes. The project will be completed in two phases and will be located across from the current Kading Development in Knoxville.
