The Pella girls finished fourth in the team scores at the Two Rivers Conference bowling meeting with a 2246. The girls finished only 11 pins behind Newton todays. Their first five-game set was a 770, good for second on the record books for high baker round. Their second five-game set was a 768, which is third all time.

Aurora Rankin finished ninth overall with a 470 series, including a 203 game. Hannah DeBruin’s 464 series put her in 11th overall, and McKenna Salvador finished 13th with a 452 series.

Pella’s girls next bowl in Keokuk for State Qualifier on Monday, and the boys will follow on Tuesday. The Two Rivers conference meet for the boys will be held next Friday due to today’s winter weather advisory.
