Pella’s boys bowling team found representation at the upcoming state meet at a difficult state qualifying site in Newton on Tuesday. Alex Bishara qualified with a score of 670, placing 4th as an individual at the district meet.

Pella placed 6th as a team with a score of 2952. Zander Beckey was 11th among individuals with a 627, and 2023 state qualifier Carter Failor scored a 590 in his three-game series.

The Class 2A state individual bowling meet is on Tuesday, February 25th at Cadillac XBC in Waterloo.
