What does it take to go through a regular season without a loss? Well, a lot of things. Focus, playing at the top of your game every time, finding ways to win when you have not played your best, and a process. The class 3A #3 Knoxville Boys Basketball Squad has been all of that and more this season and are now focused on one thing, beating Mount Pleasant in the 1st round of the class 3A substate on Monday. First Year Coach Joel Keady tells KNIA/KRLS it is that process that keeps everyone focused on the prize ahead.

Keady: “That’s the next thing when you’re process focused each day and trying to stack days of goals and processes. You know and realize those goals as you go through that process and know that we hopefully have three more weeks.”

While the Panthers are focused on the other Panthers from southeast Iowa, they have a goal of getting to Wells Fargo Arena in a couple of weeks. That first game in the process will be Monday night and you can hear that call on your radio home for Knoxville Sports 95.3 KNIA.
