Following several sessions regarding budget reductions for the Pella School District, a part of that process returns with potential employee terminations on Monday’s agenda for the Pella School Board.

While they won’t be identified publicly until Monday, three people are up for release by the district. Action will be taken on those contracts at the meeting.

Also on the agenda is a public hearing for Pella Middle School parking lot improvements and action on the contract for the project scheduled for this summer, consideration of a new salary schedule to align with a law passed in 2024 for minimum salaries, substantial completion documents for the stadium project, and the District Career and Academic Plan.

There will also be a review of the district’s Affirmative Action plan and the 2023 audit.
