It was a special winter season as the #13 in 4A Pella girls basketball team wrapped up last week in the regional finals for the third consecutive year. As part of that effort, the Dutch were strong on the boards this past winter, racking up 529 defensive rebounds. That mark broke a school record, according to Head Coach Blaine Forsythe, and ranked in the top 6 in Class 4A prior to the state tournament beginning. Pella’s girls basketball team finished the 2024-25 winter season at 16-8 overall and 3rd in the Little Hawkeye Conference.
