Iowa Speedway is hosting the annual Jasper County Emergency Services Banquet. The Banquet is held for all active and retired Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, and Dispatch personnel and their families. Members of departments that assist these agencies, such as the County Board of Supervisors, Jasper County Emergency Management Agency, and Jasper County Conservation Department, are also invited to attend with their families. RSVP’s for the banquet were due by February 26th. Iowa Speedway President Eric Peterson says hosting this banquet is part of a major focus for the facility this year, which is to hold at least one event per month at the track from April through October.

“The idea is to host anything from a chamber of commerce event in our suites or the Newton Club, all the way up to the WHO Tractor Ride that we are hosting in June. We’re continuing to put more and more events on at Iowa Speedway, resulting in more and more people staying around the track and in the hotels around the track.”

The Jasper County Emergency Services Banquet will be held at Iowa Speedway from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
