The Pella School Board will discuss the 2025-26 teacher salary settlement and changes to other staff and administrators at their meeting today. This comes after the negotiation process, and includes proposed increases for all personnel. The FY2026 numbers are a bit different due to salary schedule changes approved earlier this winter by the board. Other action items include completing contracts for the Jefferson-Middle School connector project, of which students are moving into this week, as well as participation in a local government risk pool and equipment maintenance insurance. The Pella School Board meeting begins at 5:30 this evening in the Pella High School Library.
