The Indianola Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Agri-Prime Consulting Friday afternoon, welcoming the business to the chamber. Agri-Prime Consulting owner Nick Krehbiel tells KNIA News after participating in some chamber events, it was clear he wanted to be a part of the organization and take advantage of all they have to offer.
“I came here for a job in a different role in a regional company and decided to go out on my own after being here for a while, but we really liked the Indianola community. My wife had started to get involved with some local organizations and getting involved with the school, but we really liked the feel of the community. Now getting involved with the chamber, I feel like it’s taking off like a rocket. Getting to meet a whole lot of people who are also civic minded and getting involved in the community.”
The ribbon cutting marks the second of the week for the chamber, with several more already scheduled for later this spring.
