The City of Indianola will hold their annual budget hearing one week from today. The council is required by state law to hold the hearing on the maximum property tax levy for the next fiscal year, after which the council can propose the full budget and hold another public hearing later this spring before submitting the budget to the state. The hearing will be on March 24th in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall at 6pm.
