Five Knoxville boys wrestlers were recognized for their efforts on the mats this season, following the announcement of the All-South Central Conference honors last week. 

Junior Regan Roberts was named a unanimous first-team all-conference selection after reaching the State Wrestling tournament for the first time. Roberts also posted an overall record of 39-6 during the season, and won the conference championship in the 285 pound bracket. Senior Tristan Sinnard was a unanimous second-team all-conference selection this season, posting an overall record of 27-13 and taking second place in the 157 pound bracket in the South Central Conference Tournament. Three Panthers were selected as honorable mentions in sophomore Hunter Lund, senior Joe Finnegan, freshman Jessen Ferguson. Lund finished the season with a 22-15 record, while taking 4th at the conference tournament and third at the Class 2A District Qualifying Meet at Williamsburg. Finnegan posted a record of 18-17 this winter, and took 4th at both the conference and district qualifying tournaments. Ferguson was 16-14 overall on the season, and placed third at the South Central Conference tournament and 4th and the district qualifier. 

Additionally, Roberts was named Academic All-State Honorable Mention, while Christian Braida, Liam Lindgren, Roberts, Lund, Drevon Chapman, Jackson Clarke, Addison VanSickle were named Academic All-Conference.
