A large house will be moving through Marion County today.

The house will start on Jefferson Street in Pella, travel south on Main to Oskaloosa Street, and then exit Pella on S. Clark, continuing south on T17 to Albia and affecting traffic throughout the day. This move begins at approximately 9:00 a.m. and may take several hours to pass through town. This will affect parking on Main Street from Liberty to Washington Street, and parking on the east side of the street will be closed from 6:00 a.m. until the house passes.

The house will then travel through Marion County on T-17, then move to G-46 to T-15, then to Old Highway 92, back to T-17, and then to Highway 5 on the way out towards Albia.
