The American Rivers Conference announced its all-conference wrestling awards Wednesday and four Central College wrestlers were cited for their efforts. All-conference honors were handed out to the top-three finishers amongst league competitors at the NCAA Division III Region VI Championships meet that took place on February 28th and March 1st. In addition to the nine teams from the American Rivers Conference, the regional meet featured seven other programs. Pierre Baldwin won the 141-pound regional title, while Carson Martinson took second at 165 pounds, Samuel West took fourth at 184 pounds, and Carter Martinson took fifth at 157 pounds. Baldwin went 25-4, Carson Martinson was 16-5, West was 18-8 and Carter Martinson was 21-5 on the season.
