The budget has been discussed at length over the last few months as a presentation was given to council for each city department which broke down the upcoming fiscal year budget for those departments. Also at the meeting there was a mayoral reading of a National Volunteer Week proclamation, a public hearing and approval of a resolution for an interest in real property at 710 W Washington St. and discussion of the first draft of the Knoxville comprehensive plan.
