
The Pella Opera House has announced that Amy Van Haaften has been hired as their new Special Events Coordinator.
Van Haaften joins the Opera House after spending the last 11 years working at Central College, most recently as a Manager/Buyer for the Central College Spirit Shoppe. As part of her new role, Van Haaften will help plan events that are sponsored by the Opera House and will also help with volunteers. Amy says she is grateful for this new opportunity.
“I really have enjoyed the few weeks that I have been here. Cyndi and Cindy, Cyndi Atkins and Cindy Robbins, are both awesome to work with. This is a great new challenge for me and I am really looking forward to getting to know people here and helping out with volunteers.
