Pella’s Central Park 1922 Fountain is back up and running after a restoration project. The fountain was removed from its current location this past winter and Parks Director Chandler Nunnikhoven says it was cleaned, repaired and repainted. The fountain was recently reinstalled and as of Wednesday afternoon, was up an running again. Nunnikhoven says it’s a project that was five years in the making.
