Four Pleasantville athletic teams will be in action on Thursday.

The Pleasantville boys and girls golf teams will compete at a conference triangular hosted by Van Meter at Lakeview Country Club in Winterset. The Trojan girls are coming off a fourth place finish at a quad in Knoxville on Monday while the boys are coming off a third place finish at an 18-hole event at Bos Landen Golf Course in Pella on Tuesday. Today’s meet starts at 4:00 pm.

The Pleasantville girls track and field team will compete at the Norseman Relays hosted by Roland-Story which will feature ten total teams at 4:30 pm. The Trojan girls are coming off a ninth place finish at Van Meter on Monday where their 4X400 meter relay team broke the school record.

The Pleasantville boys track and field team will compete in a meet hosted by Martensdale St. Marys which will feature eight total teams. The Trojan boys are coming off a fifth place finish at Van Meter on Monday. Today’s meet starts at 4:30 pm.
